mental illness doesn’t exist ! it’s just emotions that you experiencing, emotions like pain, discomfor, sadness because of some situations happened… what makes you think you are mentaly ill is that you identifing yourself as that emotions. and guess what, all emotions are here to feel them and no, we are not that emotions nor anything earthly (those all are just possibilities in this life), you are awarness that witnessing it all, and you do have choice what to feel, what to witness by controling your actions and understanding that you are your whole world itself depending not on anything else.
